Some background

I have been studying and working with individuals and teams from the Americas, Europe and Asia for almost 30 years. Having graduated with degrees in Psychology and Human Resource Management, I have worked at the global board level or just below in the US, CH and UK for large-scale multi-national businesses [examples would be pharma giant Novartis or healthcare provider BUPA]. For the last 6 years, I have been the Vice President of Human Resources, EMEA and Global Operations for a $56bn international energy and sustainability business. 

For over twenty years, I have been coaching senior leaders, including global CEOs, CFOs, and other C-Suite Executives, as well as future talent, in a variety of settings using different approaches.  

I am now undertaking this MSc to finish my formal qualification route as a Psychologist. I am already a graduate member of the British Psychological Society (BPS), a student member of the BACP (which is the UK counselling professional body) and a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
